Careers

RF IC Design Engineer (Full-time or Part-time)

The individual hired will design and develop RF building blocks including IF/VGA amplifiers, LNAs, Mixers, VCOs and Power amplifiers for Radio Frequency ICs (RFICs) for the Wireless Communications market using state of the art BiCMOS and RFCMOS technologies. These complex ICs operate in frequency bands from 20MHz to 3GHz. The individual will also participate in system and lineup analysis, active and passive device modeling, IC testing and debugging.

Requirements: Minimum requirements are a BSEE degree plus educational trainings on IC design. MSEE or PhD is preferred. Experience in utilizing RF and analog simulation tools (such as Spectre, SpectreRF and ADS) is desirable. Higher Diploma holders or University students will be considered as trainee engineer.

Analog and Mixed-Signal Design Engineer (Full-time or Part-time)

The individual hired will design and develop analog and mixed-signal building blocks including low power A/D and D/A converters, continuous-and discrete-time filters, bandgap references, crystal oscillator and frequency synthesizers for Radio Frequency ICs (RFICs) for the Wireless Communications market using state of the art BiCMOS and RFCMOS technologies.

Experience in utilizing analog and mixed-signal simulation tools (such as Spectre, Verilog and VHDL) is desirable. Higher Diploma holders or University students will be considered as trainee engineer.

RF System Design Engineer (Full-time or Part-time)

The individual hired will perform product defining, system and lineup analysis on RFICs for wireless communications market using state of the art BiCMOS and RFCMOS technologies. The individual will also design evaluation boards and perform laboratory testing, optimization and troubleshooting.

Requirements: Minimum requirements are a BSEE degree plus educational trainings on RF design. MSEE or PhD is preferred. Experience in utilizing RF and Microwave simulation tools (such as Aplac and ADS) is desirable. Ability to measure RF parameters with standard equipment and RF PCB design experience is a plus. Higher Diploma holders or University students will be considered as trainee engineer.
